What we process and why
To deliver the website, the server receives technical access data such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser information. The hosting provider may keep security logs to operate the site and prevent abuse. Legitimate interests in site security and any applicable legal record-keeping obligations provide the relevant grounds.
The name, phone number, email address, message, building specifications and location you choose to share are used to answer your request, prepare a quote and take the pre-contractual steps you ask for. The contact form does not submit a customer record to this website’s server: it opens WhatsApp. You review and send the message there. The quotation form also prepares a WhatsApp message. Sensitive data or identity documents are not requested.
Where applicable, the grounds are GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for requested pre-contractual steps or a contract, (c) for legal obligations and (f) for proportionate legitimate interests, including security and legal claims. Optional Analytics relies on separate consent under Article 6(1)(a), alongside applicable device-storage rules, including Romanian Law 506/2004. Processing subject to Turkish law follows the relevant conditions in KVKK Article 5. Contacting us and using the site do not require Analytics consent. This site does not collect consent for marketing messages.
Cookies and similar storage
Optional measurement is off on your first visit. “Accept all” enables Analytics; “Reject optional” keeps it off. You can manage Analytics separately in preferences. Scrolling or closing the preferences window does not count as consent. Your choice applies only to this domain and browser and is not shared across the three websites.

Before permission or after rejection, the Google Analytics file is not loaded and no consentless measurement pings are sent. No other advertising tags, social pixels or embedded maps have been added. Fonts are served locally. Form values are not deliberately sent to Analytics; query strings and fragments are removed from the page-view address.
Recipients and international services
Authorised company staff and service providers necessary to fulfil your request may handle it. The hosting provider can access technical data. If you enable Analytics, Google processes measurement data on its infrastructure, potentially outside the EEA or Türkiye. International transfers are subject to the service contracts and the requirements of GDPR Chapter V / KVKK Article 9, where applicable. Cookie consent does not replace those requirements.
WhatsApp (Meta), Telegram, Viber and social network/map links are external services. Clicking opens that service, whose own privacy terms apply. The company receives the message you send in the application. If you do not want to use WhatsApp, contact us by phone.
Retention and your rights
Browser-storage periods appear above. This web application does not retain contact forms in a customer database. Sent correspondence may be held in the operator’s email/messaging systems for as long as needed for your request, contract, legal obligations or claims. Server-log and Google-account retention depend on the service settings; the 180-day browser period does not guarantee automatic erasure from those systems. Ask the contact above for current retention and transfer details.
Under applicable GDPR rules, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where conditions are met, portability. Withdraw consent at any time using the button below; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Rejection or withdrawal does not prevent use of the site. KVKK Article 11 also provides applicable rights to information on purpose and recipients, correction/deletion notifications, objections to automated outcomes and compensation for damage. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including ANSPDCP in Romania or KVKK in Türkiye.
